Q. Why should I use a remarketing company to buy my vehicles?

And we can get them delivered to you in just three working days. It couldn't be simpler to replenish your stock without having to be away from your business.Q. What vehicles do you sell?
A. We're really fortunate because we work directly with over 30 manufacturers and large fleets to bring you high-quality used vehicles from six months up to three years, including both volume and prestige marques. Stock is continually updated, and changes on an hourly basis.Vehicle remarketing soultions is a complementary source of used cars to car auctions for the trade. Most cars are under three years old and under 40,000 miles.Q. How long does it take to deliver my vehicles?
A. Provided payment is received by 3pm, we deliver vehicles to you within three working days of receipt of payment (for mainland UK deliveries).Q. I have an issue with a vehicle I have purchased, what do I do ?
A. You can call our Customer Services department - or your sales account manager - both of which will be happy to help. All issues, however, must be reported to vrs within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.Q. Why do you have a buyer's fee?
A. vrs has strong relationships with manufacturers and leasing companies and sells the vehicles on their behalf. We don't, therefore, add any mark-up or profit into the price of the cars. That's why we charge you a buyer's fee to cover the cost of our operations and, remember, the more you buy, the lower those fees are. Our fees pay for things like the IMI accredited inspections of the cars so they can be described to you accurately, the professional imaging of them so you can see what you are buying, the marketing of them so you know what we have, and the trained sales team who work with you to get the best deal. Not to mention all of the other functions that make vrs what it is!Q. Do they all have V5's?
A. We will not sell you a vehicle if the V5 isn't available.
