vrs "Car Wash Challenge" Terms & Conditions

1. General
Game play is voluntary. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary for entry in this competition. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the interpretation of the terms and conditions of this competition. The "vrs Car Wash challenge" game is the property of Vehicle Remarketing Solutions Ltd. vrs reserves the right to make amendments or alterations to these terms and conditions at any time, including the withdrawal of any prizes offered.

2. Entry
The competition is open to vrs customers and registered users of FasterMovingForecourts.com only, and vrsonline.co.uk only. Customers MUST be logged-in to the FasterMovingForecourts.com website for their score to be registered. Players that do not log in will not have their score registered and will therefore not be eligible for this competition. Employees of vrs or or employees of any associated company of Manheim plc and their immediate families are not eligible to receive the prize although they may play the game, if they have a vrs customer account. The prize will be awarded to the customer/player with the highest score on Wednesday 31st December at 15.00pm. Any scores registered after this date will NOT be eligible for the prize, but may still be displayed on the high-score board. Customers are allowed to play the game as many times as they wish. Customers will still be eligible for the prize even if they have registered multiple high-scores.

3. Judging
In the event that the player with the highest score cannot be contacted, or is suspected of unfair play, vrs reserves the right to award the prize to the player with the next highest score. The decision of the judges is final. No correspondence will be entered into concerning the judges' decision and no cash alternative will be offered.

4. Results
Winners will be notified in writing, or by telephone of the results after the competition has been judged. Vehicle Remarketing Solutions Ltd reserves the right to publish the name of the winner on the website, or via email communication.

5. Prizes
The prize for this competition will be one bottle of champagne. The brand of champagne will be selected at the discretion of Vehicle Remarketing Solutions Ltd. vrs also reserves the right to change, or withdraw this prize at any time.
